摘  要:泰格林纸集团沅江纸业的荻苇浆生产线,采用中浓氧脱木素及ECF二氧化氯漂白技术,其工艺技术在草类原料制浆方面属于国际领先水平。经过不断研究优化,浆的质量与使用传统的工艺相比有较大的提高,白度达到82%ISO以上,同时也大大降低对环境的污染。本文对该线的工艺流程、主要技术参数、存在的问题和解决措施进行了阐述,并与传统CEH漂白效果作了比较。Advanced pulping technologies were adopted at new reed pulping line of Yuan Jiang Paper, Tiger Forest and Paper Group, such as dry and wet cleaning systerms, continues digest cooking, pressure screen, medium consistency oxygen delignification and chlorine dioxide bleaching. This pulping line has higher automation level, their key components were imported from abroad. Through studying and optimizing after start-up, qualities of pulp was improved obviously com- pared to conventional pulping process, with the pulp brightness reaching more than 82 ISO%, meanwhile, the environmental pollutions loads reducing greatly.
