摘 要:采用模压法制备了SBS发泡材料,并测试了发泡材料的密度。重点研究了配方组成如发泡剂AC用量、交联剂的种类和用量、发泡促进剂ZnO/AC配比对发泡倍率的影响。考察了制备工艺即模压温度和模压时间对SBS发泡倍率的影响。结果表明:在合适的工艺和配方条件下,可制得密度为0.26g/(cm)~3的SBS发泡材料。SBS foams were prepared by compression moulding technology. The density of the foams was tested. The effects of the formulations, such as the content of blowing agent AC, the kinds and content of cross linking agent, and the ratio of ZnO/AC on expansion ratio of SBS were studied. The effects of processing conditions, such as compression moulding temperature, compression moulding time, on the expansion ratio of SBS were also investigated. The result shows that the density of SBS foams can be up to 0.26 g/cm^3 in the case of proper processing conditions and optimum formulation.
