摘　　要：介绍了QoS控制方法,根据基于H.323的视频会议系统,设计并实现了基于拥塞控制的QoS保障方案.所制定的QoS控制策略能够实时地对视频参数进行动态调整,保证了音视频的传输.The methods of QoS control are introduced,according to the video conference system based on H. 323 ,the QoS guarantee solutions based on congestion control are designed and realized. The QoS control strategy given can adjust video parameters dynamically in real-time and guarantee the transfer of audio and video.
