摘　　要：主要介绍了郑州市农村信用社的综合业务通讯网络的建设,根据郑州市农村信用社金融电子化的现状,给出三级层次化网络结构,并给出了整体规划和具体的实施方案及安全措施,同时分析了该方案的特点、实施效果及意义.The construction of the integrated services communication network of rural credit cooperatives（RCC） of Zhengzhou is introduced. Based on the state of the electronic finance of the rural credit cooperatives of Zhengzhou at present, the three-layer structure is presented, the integrative layout, the implementation scheme and the safety precautions are given. Further, the scheme traits, the implementation effect and the realization significance are analyzed.
