摘 要:目的进一步掌握灭蜚蠊毒饵对德国小蠊的防制方法和效果,合理选择和使用毒饵控制蜚蠊密度。方法按照GB 13917.7-92、GB 13917.8-92和GB/T17322.8-1998进行实验室药效试验;选择有德国小蠊侵害的小型宾馆进行现场药效试验。结果5%残杀威饵剂、20%硼酸饵剂和2.5%吡虫啉胶饵实验室内对德国小蠊的LT50分别是1.46、2.04和1.28d,72h死亡率分别为98.00%、96.00%和100%;现场试验,在投饵后第20天的杀灭率分别为83.52%、81.50%和89.24%。结论3种毒饵对德国小蠊具有较好的实验室和现场防制效果,能够有效地降低德国小蠊的密度,药效持久,使用方便安全。Objective To evaluate the control effect of cockroach poisonous baits to Blattella germanica and provide science basis for their rational selection and application. Methods The control efficacies of these poisonous baits to B.germanica were bioassayed in a laboratory simulation field and a small hotel according to GB 13917.7 92, GB 13917.8 - 92 and GB/T 17322.8 - 1998. Results The LTs0 of 5% propoxur, 20% boric acid and 2.5% imidacloprid to B. gerrnanica were 1.46, 2.04 and 1.28 days, respectively. The mortality were 98.00%, 96.00% and 100% after treatment for 72 h, and the killing rates were 83.52%, 81.50% and 89.24% at 20th days after treatment in the field, respectively. Conclusion The results indicated that 3 poisonous baits had good control efficacy to B. germanica in both laboratory and field.
