摘　　要：目的了解保定市蠡县皮毛市场毛皮加工人群血清鼠疫F1抗体的分布情况。方法统计学抽样保定市蠡县皮毛加工162人份血清,采用间接血凝和鼠疫胶体金2种方法检测,并与非皮毛加工63人份血清做对照。结果162份皮毛加工人群的血清样本检验均为阴性,与对照的63份样本相一致。结论在保定市蠡县皮毛加工人群中尚未发现鼠疫隐性感染者。Objective To study the distribution of plague F1 antibody from coat-processor blood serum in the coat market of Li county, Baoding city. Methods To detect 162 blood serums sampled statistically from coat-processor with indirect hemagglutination assay（IHA） and colloedal gold immunobinding, and 63 blood serums collected from non coat-processor as control. Results 162 blood serums were all negative, accordant with the control. Condlusion There was no plague recessive in coat-processor from coat market of Li county, Baoding city.
