摘　　要：随着人们对废旧家电回收利用的关注,如何高效低成本配送废旧家电成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。文章利用收集商管理库存(CMI)理论,构建了废旧家电回收利用模式。通过遥测技术对各个收集点的库存定期进行检测,产生可行的配送路线集合,运用整数规划模型,对所有可行配送路线进行优化选择。最后讨论了进一步研究的方向。With the great attention on the recycling waste electrical appliances, how to transport the waste electrical appliances in an efficient and low Cost way is becoming an issue needed to be SOlved imminently. Based on the theory of CMI, the model of recycling waste electrical appliances was designed in this paper. Using information technology called telemetry, evey, collection site＇s inventory was monitored periodically and the set Of feasible transport routes was generated. integer programming was proposed to optimize the feasible transport routes. At last, the issues for future research were given.
