摘　　要：装备器材供应作为装备保障工作的重要组成部分,担负着为装备保障提供物质基础、为恢复装备战斗能力创造条件的重任。文章在现有理论的基础上,结合部队装备器材供应的实际情况,提出了应用VMI策略对装备器材供应流程进行优化,通过建立虚拟仓库,改变装备器材补货模式,从而达到降低部队装备器材总体库存水平的目的。Material equipment supply is the important component of martial equipment support, it is the important Port of martial equipment support and resuming equipment ability. The article is based on the current theories, and combining with the truly instance, brought out the method of optimize the process of martial equipment supply with VMI, through establishing fictitious store- house, change the mode of martial equipment stock, toget the point of decreasing the inventory of army martial equipment.
