静安口服液治疗小儿多发性抽动症的药效研究

摘　　要：目的:对静安口服液进行主要药效研究。方法:观察静安口服液对小鼠自发活动、协同戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验及电惊厥、注射中枢兴奋药等致小鼠惊厥模型的作用和对东莨菪碱和戊巴比妥钠所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍模型的作用以及其免疫调节作用。结果:静安口服液不同剂量组与对照组比较均具有显著镇静催眠、抗惊厥、促进学习和记忆及调节与促进免疫的作用。结论:静安口服液具有镇静催眠、抗惊厥、促进学习和记忆及调节与促进免疫的作用。Objective： To study the main pharmacodynamic action of the Jing＇ an oral liquid. Method： The effect of the drug on mice spontaneous activities was observed by synergism of sodium pentobarbital sleep experiments, and convulsive model who was induced by electrofit and injecting central exciting drug and so on were observed ; The effect of the drug on murine model of learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine and sodium pentobarbita. The effect of the drug on immunity were observed, Result： Compared with the control group, different dose groups of Jing＇ an oral liquid have significant sedative hypnotic, anticonvulsant effects and can promote learning and memory. Conclusion： Jing＇ an oral liquid has the effects of sedative hypnotic, anticonvulsant, improve immunity function and can promote learning and memory.
