摘  要:目的:建立金银花大孔树脂提取物的HPLC指纹图谱,为金银花大孔树脂提取物的质量控制提供依据。方法:用HPLC方法建立金银花大孔树脂提取物的指纹图谱,Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)流动相为:0.4%磷酸-甲醇线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为238 nm。结果:确定了金银花大孔树脂提取物的14批指纹图谱共有模式,进行了相似度比较。结论:方法简便快捷,为金银花大孔树脂提取物的质量控制提供依据。Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of maeroporous resin extracts from Flose lnicerae Japonicae, for provide the Flose Lonicerae Japnnicae extracts of quality control. Method: The HPLC fingerprints of Flose Lonicerae Japonicae were obtained from Agilent 1100 series instrument. The HPLC separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm)gradient eluted with 0.4% phosphoric acid solution-methanol at the flow rate of 1.0 ml-min-1 , the detection wavelength was 238 nm. Result: The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprints was set up, and the similar degrees to the 14 batches of Flose Lonicerae Japonicae extracts were compared. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid to provide of Flose Lonicerae Japonicae extracts of quality control.
