高效液相色谱法测定消炎止咳糖浆中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱仪测定消炎止咳糖浆中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(45:55:0.04),检测波长为276 nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在6.6～132.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.999 6)。平均加样回收率99.46%(RSD=1.13%)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于本品的质量控制。Objective： To establish the method for determination the content of baicalin in Xiaoyanzhike syrup. Method： HPLC method was adopted and a Shim-pack VP-ODS column（ 150 mm ×4, 6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-deionized waterr-phosphoric acid solution（45： 55： 0, 04）, The detection wavelength was at 276 nm. Result： The calibration curve of baicalin was linear whithin the range of 6.6 -132, 0 μg（ r = 0.999 6）, and the average recovery was 99.46% （RSD = 1. 13% ）, Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyanzhike syrup.
