摘　　要：国家最新的《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》已经于2008年6月25日正式发布,本文通过对比全国和山东省造纸业近年来产量、产业结构、污染物排放等变化情况,对新标准实施后对我国造纸业可能产生的影响进行了分析,并结合山东经验提出了对策建议。The latest national Pulp and Paper Industry Water Contaminant Discharge Standard has been issued on June 25,2008 and will put in practice. Through a comparison of the changes in the output, industrial structure and pollutant discharge of paper industry between all over the state and Shandong in recent years, an analysis was performed on the potential influence on China＇s paper industry by the implementation of the revised standard and countermeasures, and suggestions are put forward in accordance with the experience of Shandong.
