摘 要:把经过SiO2包覆改性的纳米TiO2和未改性的纳米TiO2,分别与自制的乳液混合,制得两类复合涂料。用该涂料在高得率浆抄造的80g/m2复印纸上涂布,然后进行抗紫外光返黄实验。结果表明,由未经改性纳米TiO2制成的涂料不仅不能提高纸页的抗返黄能力,反而会加速其返黄进程;由在pH=6时制备的改性纳米TiO2复配而成的涂料,明显提高了由高得率浆抄造纸张的抗返黄能力,据分析可能是与纳米TiO2的等电点及光氧化特性有关。Two composite coatings were prepared through modified nano-TiO2 by silicon dioxide and unmodified nano-TiO2 mixed with a self-made emulsion respectively. The coatings were coated on the copy paper 80g / m^2 made with high yield pulp and then color reversion experiment by ultraviolet radiation was done. The results show that the coating from unmodified nano- TiO2 accelerate the color reversion of paper, whereas the coating with nano-TiO2 modified by silicon dioxide improved obviously the inhibition in color reversion of paper from high yield pulp under the condition of pH=6. This may be related with the isoelectric point and the characteristic of photo-induced oxidation of nano-TiO2.
