摘 要:传统的感应加热电源体积大、成本高、损耗大、整机效率低,不具备锁相功能,在调功过程中一般都需要使用较复杂的频率跟踪电路。介绍了串联谐振逆变器的新型移相控制策略,在系统建模和理论分析的基础上,详细分析了电源各状态过程的工作情况,并对其进行了相关的计算机仿真分析。结果表明,引入控制方法的感应加热电源效率得到提高,结构简单控制方便,可以在较大的调功范围内基本实现软开关,并且满足对负载频率自动跟踪与相位保持一致的要求。The traditional induction heating power is large and expensive,of high power loss and low efficiency.Not having phase locking function by itself,it needs complex frequency tracing circuits during power regulation.This article introduces a novel PSM strategy,and based on the system modeling and theory analysis,the inverter operation of each working mode is explained in detail,then the computer simulation and analysis are carried out.The result shows that it makes the power more efficient,compact and easy-controlled with soft switching operation over a wide power regulation range,accomplishing self frequency tracing and phase locking.
