摘  要:目的优选复方磺胺嘧啶银乳膏剂的基质组成及工艺,考察安全性。方法以乳膏剂的稳定性及外观性状为考察指标,用正交设计法,以基质配比、乳化剂添加量和搅拌方式为可变因素,选用L9(34)表进行实验。结果最优的基质组成及工艺是:羊毛脂、液体石蜡、甘油、月桂氮酮、多羟基酰胺、聚多糖复合物,高剪切混合乳化机搅拌。结论按此法制备的乳膏剂符合中国药典2005年版有关软膏剂的规定。ABSTRACT:Aim To optimize compound sulfadiazine silver cream matrix composition and evaluate its salty. Methods The stability and appearance properties of the compound sulfadiazine silver cream were used as the target of evaluation. Orthogonal design method , matrix composition, added capacity of emulsifiers and ways of mixing were selected as variable factors and table L9(34) was used for the experiment. Results The optimum matrix com- position and process involved lanolin, liquid paraffin, glycerine, polyhydric amide and polysaccharide compounds. It was mixed for 10 minutes with a high-speed cutting emulsifier. Conclusion The cream prepared by this kind of composition and technology conforms to the stipulation of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005).
