摘  要:目的分析影响FK-506在全血中分布的因素。方法全血和血浆的FK506浓度采用微粒子酶免疫测定法(Microp-article enzyme immunoassay MEIA),红细胞压积和红血球记数采用全自动血液细胞分析仪进行测定,HDL,VLDL和总胆固醇使用常规的生物化学方法进行测定。结果红细胞压积和红血球记数与FK-506的分布呈现正相关的关系,HDL、VLDL、总胆固醇和FK-506在血浆中的浓度密切相关,血浆白蛋白浓度与FK-506在血浆中分布没有相关性。结论红细胞压积和红血球记数严重影响全血中FK-506的分布,HDL、总胆固醇对FK-506在血浆中有一定的影响作用,血浆白蛋白浓度不影响在FK-506在血浆中的分布。Aim To investigate the factors affecting the distribution of Tacrolimus in whole blood. Methods Blood and plasma tacrolimus concentration were determined by Abbot microparticle enzyme immunoassay while the haematocrit and red blood cells were determined by blood auto-analyzer. HDL, VLDL, albumin and total cholesterol were measured by standard biochemical method. Results The percentage of tacrolimus associated with erythrocyte fraction in whole blood increased with haematocrit and red blood cell count, The same was observed between the HDL and total 'cholesterol. Conclusion The haematocrit and red blood cell is the major factor affecting the distribution of Tacrolimus in whole blood while HDL and total cholesterol can affect the distribution of Tacrolimus to some extent ,but Albumin can't.
