摘　　要：结合中间包用耐火材料发展,介绍了宝钢中间包涂料的使用现状和相关应用技术;同时,结合浇钢工艺技术对中间包内衬的性能和应用的要求,提出了涂料材质的选用思路。对中间包用涂料实际施工使用中出现的开裂、烘烤、烧结等问题,提出了相关的解决技术。The application and technology of the different style coating refractories used in Baosteel tundish such as MgO type or MgO-CaO type were introduced in the paper based on the development, performances and demands of the tundish refractory, and the choice reason of the tundish coating refractory was put forward out. The difficulties of the cracks and sintering come out in the application process of the tundish service and the solving technology for the difficulties were discussed.
