摘 要:研究以废弃猪蹄甲为原料,通过微波水解工艺,制取复合氨基酸,添加微量元素制得氨基酸螯合微肥,通过叶面喷施于小白菜(B.ChinensisL.),对其肥效和喷施浓度进行研究。田间试验表明,该肥能有效促进小白菜的生长发育,提高产量,并得出该肥适宜喷施浓度为稀释1000倍。Pig hoof nail was used as raw material to prepare composite amino acid through the microwave-hydrolyzing. Using the composite amino acid and microelement synthesized fertilizers of amino acid Chelate micro element, the experiments were carried out to investigate its effect and concentration by spraying the fertilizers on the leaves of pakchoi. The effects of different treatments on physiology of pakchoi show that the fertilizers of amino acid chelate microelement can increase both nutrients absorption and photosynthesis in pakchoi, promote growth of pakchoi. The fertilizers had significant effects on increasing production and promoting quality of pakchoi. The proper spraying concentration was to dilute by 1000 times.
