摘 要:我国于1993年颁布了有关非线性畸变负荷的谐波允许限值(GB/T14549-93《公用电网谐波》)的国家标准。铁道部门专家对该标准有不同的看法,希望结合电气化铁道特点共同协商制定电铁谐波标准。国家计委为此专门组织两部专家进行攻关。由于电力部门缺少对电网谐波的实时监测手段,该标准并未在电气化铁道供电系统中真正实行过。最近国家决定重新修订该项标准。电铁牵引负荷执行国家新的谐波标准势在必行。作者对交流牵引负荷和牵引供电系统的特点进行了分析,结合IEC和英国有关谐波的标准和技术文件,提出《交流电气化铁道牵引负荷的谐波评估》,希望能对我国电铁供电工作者有所帮助。In 1993, the national standard GB/T 14549-93 《Harmonics in public supply networks》 was published in our country. Since most of power supply experts in ministry of railway considered that the standard is too harsh to traction load, and appealed to NPC, hoping to make a standard for railway electrification, considering the special features of traction load. Owing to lack of intime measurement of harmonics in network, the standard hasn't been carried out in railway electrification. In recent time, a decision is made to renew the standard. The new national standard must be carried out in railway system. In this paper a research of traction load harmonics assessment is carried out and a method of assessment of A, C traction load is suggested.
