高血压动脉损伤的超声评价

摘　　要：应用彩色多普勒超声检测原发性高血压不同阶段对颈总动脉和颈内动脉的影响。将病例共分三组，即高血压１期组、高血压２期组和３期组，同时有对照组。测量参数为动脉内径、内膜中层复合体厚度。自１期高血压开始，颈总动脉和颈内动脉的内径及中层复合体厚度与正常对照组比较均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。The effection of carotid artery was detected by CDFI in essential hjypertensives during different stages.All patients with essential hypertensives (EH) were divided into three groupes:EH of the primary stage,EH of the second stage and EH of the third stage as well as normal controls.The arterial diameter and intima medial complex thickness (IMT) of common carotid artery,internal artery have significance compared the normal controls to all the EH groups ( P <0 01).
