酸枣仁合剂对大学生考试焦虑的防治研究

摘　　要：观察酸枣仁合剂对学生考试焦虑的防治效果。方法将考试前具有焦虑情绪（或焦虑症）的大学生随机分为二组：服药组，于考试前一周服酸枣仁合剂，连服７ｄ；对照组，服等量的红糖水。两组学生服药（或糖水）前后结果以自测Ｚｕｎｇ焦虑自评量表（ＳＡＳ）得分及考试成绩进行比较，数据用ｔ检验行统计学分析。结果服药组服药前后ＳＡＳ得分之差明显大于对照服糖水前后得分之差（ｐ＜０．００１）；服药组学生考试成绩明显优于对照组（ｐ＜０．０５）。结论酸枣仁合剂具有防治情绪紧张引致焦虑的作用。? Objective To observe the effect of Semen Zizyhyi Spinosae Liquor(SZSL) on anxiety caused by the examination in the college students. Method The students in the group treated with SZSL drank SZSL for 7d before examination,and the same volume of black sugar water was given to control group.The improvements of the anxiety were rated by Self Rated Anxiety Scale(SAS).The scores of SAS and examination in the group treated with SZSL were compared with those in the control group.Result The differences of SAS marks in the SZSL treated group were significantly increased compared with those of control group (P<0.001),and the marks of examination in the SZSL treated group were much better than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion SZSL is an effective agent for treatment of the anxiety caused by examination.
