摘　　要：在分析电务管理信息系统结构及基础信息特点基础上,介绍了层群码理论及方法,重点阐述了信号设备分类编码规则和通用编码系统的技术特点及功能。Based on the analysis of the composition of CSMIS and the characteristics its basic information, the theory and method of hierarchical group encoding were introduced in this paper. The signal equipment classification encoding rule was elaborated and the technical feature and function of general encoding system was presented.
