摘　　要：介绍微塑成形相关工艺研究以及成形用机器设备的发展概况.在此基础上提出微型工厂(微型制造系统),指出其研究进展,以及发展中存在的微型化设备的精度和缩减程度等关键问题。The development of the microforming processes stutly as well as the forming machine equipment is introduced, and the microfactory （miniature manufacturing system） is proposed. Then, the prospect, as well as the key problems including the precision and scaling degree of the miniaturized equipments is presented.
