摘　　要：弗朗霍夫协会（FhG）系统技术和创新研究所的一个调研报告，调查了德国的生产计划及其控制系统（PPS）和生产调度系统（FLS）的主要供应商，询问他们对市场、产品和应用情况的估计。他们应该规定采取哪些措施来满足未来的要求。它表明，随着市场的继续扩大和系统软件日益复杂，提供标准化软件并同时改善特殊配置可能性为极其重要。显然，系统供应商也必须经常与用户保持密切的联系。In a short inquiry of the FhG-Institute for System Technique and Innovation Research, the German leading suppliers of production planning and control (PPS) systems and production scheduling (FLS) systems were investigated, concerning their assessment of markets, productsand application. They should specify which measures to take to fulfill future requirements. It hasshown that, for the further growing market and the ever more complex software system, it is particularly important to supply standard software and to improve the possibility of the individual configuration at the same time. It is obvious that system suppliers should very often hold close contact with their users.
