摘  要:阐述了连铸工艺生产34Mn2V钢的质量水平。针对34Mn2V钢的性能及使用特点,通过采取钢包吹氩、LF和RH精炼、结晶器电磁搅拌、控制浇钢过热度及轻压下等技术措施,使大方坯连铸工艺生产的34Mn2V钢坯表面质量优良,纯净度高,其[H]≤1.8×10-6;T[O]≤12.0×10-6;A类夹杂≤2.0级,B、C类夹杂均≤1.0级,D类夹杂≤1.5级。冲制高压无缝气瓶的性能稳定,具有较高的强韧性水平,满足气瓶使用的安全性要求。The quality level of 34Mn2V steel produced by continuous casting was presented. Considering the properties and applications of 34Mn2V steel, the technologies, such as ladle Ar stirring, LF/RH refining, mold electromagnetic agitating, overheating degree control during continuous casting and light reduction, were used, as a result, high cleanliness and good surface quality of 34Mn2V steel were obtained, and [H] ≤ 1.8 × 10^-6; T[O]≤12.0 × 10^-6, A type inclusions ≤2.0 grade, B and C type inclusions ≤ 1.0 grade and D type inclusions ≤1.5 grade. The properties of high pressure seamless gas cylinders after punched were stable, the strength and toughness were relatively high and the requirements of service safety can be met.
