摘  要:气孔是植物与外界交换水分和气体的主要通道及调节机构,气孔在叶片上的分布、密度、大小以及开闭情况显著地影响着叶片的光合、蒸腾等生理代谢的速率,因而研究气孔状况很有必要。研究化学物质及环境对气孔运动的影响时,需观察或测定气孔开闭的程度。对实验教学中气孔运动影响因子进行了探讨,以确保实验教学质量。Stoma was the main tunnel and regulating organ for exchange of water and gas between plant and surrounding.The distribution,density,size and on-off in leaf of stoma had a significant influence on rate of physiology metabolisms such as leaves photosynthesis,transpiration,so it was necessary to study stoma conditions.When the influences of chemical material and environment on stomatal movement were studied,the degree of stoma opening and closing was needed to observe or determine.The influence factor of stomatal movement in experimental education was discussed to guarantee the quality of experimental education.
