摘 要:[目的]确定红姬凤梨试管苗生根的最佳培养基及适宜的移栽基质。[方法]以初代培养的红姬凤梨试管苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度IAA、NAA和IBA对试管苗不定根诱导的影响及不同基质配比对红姬凤梨试管苗移栽成活率的影响。[结果]在生根培养基添加不同浓度IAA、NAA和IBA的9种处理中,以添加IAA 6.0 mg/L处理的红姬凤梨生根数量最多,平均根数达到23.26条,平均根长达3.41cm;在8个不同基质配比组合中,以泥70%+河沙30%组合的红姬凤梨移栽成活率高,幼苗生长较好,表现为叶片宽阔、较厚、亮绿色,茎平均增高1.58 cm。[结论]红姬凤梨试管苗最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+IAA 6.0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L,最适移栽基质为泥炭70%+河沙30%。[Objective] The research aimed to confirm the optimum medium for rooting and the suitable transplanting substrate of Cryptanthus aculis plantlets. [Method] Using the initially cultured plantlets of C.aculis as tested materials,the effects of IAA,NAA and IBA with different concn.on the adventitious root induction of C.aculis plantlets and the effects of different substrate matching on transplanting survival rate of C.aculis plantlets.[Result] Among 9 treatments of rooting medium with IAA,NAA and IBA at different concn.,the rooting number of C.aculis was the most in the treatment with IAA at 6.0 mg/L,and the average root number was 23.26 and the average length of root was 3.41 cm.Among 8 combinations with different substrate matching,the proper substrate composition with 70% peat+30% riversand was suitable for the transplanting survival and the young plants grow well,showing as that the leaves were thick and brightly green and the stem was increased by 1.58 cm averagely.[Conclusion]The optimum medium for roo ting was 1/2 MS+IAA 6.0 mg/L+Sugar 30 g/L and the suitable transplanting medium was 70% peat+30% riversand.
