泽漆体外抗单纯疱疹病毒活性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究泽漆水煎剂的体外抗单纯疱疹病毒作用。[方法]MTT法研究泽漆水煎剂对HSV致细胞病变效应的抑制作用。[结果]泽漆水煎剂对Vero细胞的CC50为(1.633±0.014)g/ml,对HSV-1没有抑制作用,对HSV-2具有明显的抑制作用,IC50为(0.558±0.001 4)g/ml,TI为2.78±0.37。[结论]泽漆水煎剂具有体外抗HSV-2作用,值得进一步开发。The antiviral activities of the water extract of E.helioscopia L.in vitro against herpes simplex virus were studied.The inhibition of the water decoction of E.helioscopia to HSV cytopathic effect was studied by MTT assay.CC50 of water decoction of E.helioscopia on Vero cell was（1.633±0.014） g/ml.The water extract of E.helioscopia had no inhibition to HSV, but it had obvious inhibition to HSV-2.The IC50 was（0.558±0.001 4） g/ml and TI was 2.78±0.37.The water decoction of E.helioscopia had some antiviral activity against HSV-2 in vitro and was worth further exploitation.
