摘　　要：以漳州市为案例研究区域,在分析土地利用现状的构成特点与土地利用结构变化总体特征的基础上,从生产性、稳定性、保护性、经济可行性以及社会接受性等方面构建指标体系对漳州市土地可持续利用发展阶段做出科学的评价,并针对其土地可持续利用的障碍因素提出了相应的对策。Taking Zhangzhou City as research area,the index system was constructed from some aspects of productivity,stability,protection,economic feasibility and social acceptability on the basis of analysis on the structure peculiarity of land use status and the overall character of land use change process.Scientific evaluation on the development stage of sustainable land use in Zhangzhou city was made and the corresponding countermeasures according to the disadvantage factors of sustainable land use were put forward.
