摘　　要：通过对美、欧、日的分析,从补贴目标、补贴力度、补贴方式和补贴趋势4个方面与我国进行比较,从中寻找有益经验,从而为21世纪初我国粮食补贴政策改革和调整提供参考和借鉴。Through the analysis of the United States,EU and Japan,the comparison with China was made from four aspects： subsidy goals,inputs,mechanisms and trends.So good experiences could be found to provide the reference for the reform and adjustment of grain subsidy policy in China in the early 21st century.
