摘　　要：引导农民集中居住是"三个集中"政策的重要组成部分,对于缓解我国的"三农"问题,推进社会主义新农村建设具有重要的意义。该文在前人实践探索基础上,探讨了我国农民集中居住实践中存在的问题,分析了国外相关实践,并从中得出了有益启示,最后给出了建议。Guiding centralized residence of farmers was an important part of the ＂Three-concentration＂ policy,and had vital significance in easing the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers in China and pushing the reconstruction of new socialist countryside.On the basis of practical exploration of predecessors,the problems existed in reality of centralized residence of farmers were discussed and relevant foreign practice was analyzed,beneficial inspiration was attained and some suggestions were presented in this paper.
