摘　　要：本文对八九级918名学生的血清中HBV标志HBsAg、HBeAg及肝功能进行了检测,结果表明HBsAg,HBeAg阳性率男生明显高于女生;但城镇学生HBsAg阳性率明显低于农村学生;HBeAg阳性率在城、乡学生间无显著性差异,并探讨了HBV在高校的流行规律,为作好高校乙型肝炎的监测及防治提供了科学依据。918 college students'serums are used to test HBsAg, HBeAg and liver function. The test result shows that the Positive reaction rate of HBsAg and HBeAg of the male students is higher than that of the female that the positive reaction rate of HBsAg of the students from towns or cities is lower them that of those from rural areas, and that there is no distinction in positive reaction rate of HBeAg be twccn the students from towns or cities and those from rural areas.
