灭螨猛及其中间体的合成工艺研究

摘　　要：杀菌剂灭螨猛是一种高效、低毒、低残留、高选择性杀菌剂,以邻硝基对甲基苯胺为原料经过还原,关环,氯化,巯基化合成了灭螨猛中间体2,3-巯基-6-甲基喹喔啉,经过三光气的作用合成了灭螨猛。新工艺用三光气代替了光气,产率提高了15%,有效的降低了成本,且该工艺过程简单,条件温和,生产更加安全,明显改善了三废排放。因此,适宜工业化生产。Fungicide Chinomethionat is a highly efficient, low toxicity, low residue, highly selective fungicides. We synthesis intermediate 2,3- Dimercapto-6-methylquinoxaline with the raw material of 2-Nitro-4-methylaniline through reduction, chloride. In the last receive the product chinomethionat in reacting with triphosgene. Using the new technology, the phosgene is replaced by triphosgene, the yield increased by 15%, effectively reduce the cost, and the process is simple, mild, safe and marked improving the waste emission. Thus,it suitable for industrial production.
