摘  要:随着中原大化集团11万t/a小尿素建成投产,一、二套三胺对急冷尾气冷凝系统做了有针对性地改造,分别建立了一套调温水系统,从而实现了两套三胺尾气至尿素装置自由切换。这不仅缓解了三胺装置甲铵液缓冲槽高液位的状况,而且对于52万t大尿素装置的稳定运行有着深远的影响。With the Zhongyuan Dahua Group 110,000t/a urea on the completion and being put into service, the Ⅰ and Ⅱ sets of three Amine had been done pointedly to the quench exhaust condensation system, then, have set up a thermostat water system respectively, thus realizing the two sets of three Amine free urea plant exhaust to switch freely. This is not only eased the situation of the three amine device Ammonium a high-level trough of the buffer, but also has far-reaching implications for the stable operation of the 520,000t large urea plant.
