摘　　要：以三羟甲基丙烷与油酸为原料,采用直接酯化法合成出了具有润滑性能的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。优化条件下产品的酯化率达到95.6%,产品结构经IR光谱证实。通过润滑性能评价,所得复合润滑剂具有较好的润滑性能。Trimethylolpropane oleic acid easter is synthesized by esterification reaction of trimethylolpropane and oleic acid as the raw material.In the optimum conditions,the conversion rate of trimethylolpropane oleic acid ester was 95.6%. The structure of product was confirmed by IR spectroscopy.Through the evaluation of lubricating property, the composite lubricant has better lubricating properties.
