葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶(GPI)检测在类风湿性关节炎诊治中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶在类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthriti,RA)诊断中的应用价值,以及与类风湿因子(RF)和抗CCP抗体联合检测的意义。方法检测85例RA患者,44例非RA自身免疫病病人,40例健康对照者血清GPI浓度,并同时检测RF,抗CCP抗体含量,对各组间结果进行统计学分析。结果RA组、非RA自身免疫病组和健康对照组GPI浓度(μg/ml)及阳性率(%)分别为20.37±56.54和44.7,0.82±2.83和15.9,0.073±0.053和0。RA组GPI浓度和阳性率显著高于疾病组和健康对照组(P<0.001)。结论血清GPI检测对RA诊断具有一定价值,可作为RA诊断的一个新的血清学指标,和RF,抗CCP抗体联合检测提高了对RA诊断的灵敏度和特异性。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of glucose-6-phodphate isomerase （GPI） in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide（CCP） antibodies and rheumatoid factor（RF）. Methods The serum concertration of GPI,anti-CCP and RF inpatients with RA,other autoimmue disease and normal control were measured. Results The concentration and postive rate of GPI in RA group were signisicently higher than those in disease control and normal control group（P〈0. 001）,combining detection of GPI,anti-CCP and RF had much differential diagnostic value than each one of GPI or anti-CCP and RF. Conclusion GPI of the serum is a valuable diagnostic tool and a useful additional marker for RA,The detection of GPI,especially combined with anti-CCP and RF might present more sensitive and specific in clinical diagnosis on RA.
