摘　　要：目的测定断血流分散片中断血流皂苷A的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水（75∶25）为流动相;流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为250nm。结果在此色谱条件下,线形范围为4.48～44.8μg/ml,r=0.9998,样品中断血流皂苷A平均回收率为101.8%,RSD=1.29%。结论本方法灵敏度、回收率、准确度高,可控制断血流分散片中的含量测定。Objective To estabish a method for the quantitative of Saponin A in Duanxueliu Disperserpiece by HPLC. Methods Used HPLC with Discovery C18 column （4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） , methanol-H2O （75 ： 25） as mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results Under the chromatograph conditions, a good linearity was obtained in the range of 4. 48 -44. 8 μg/ml （r = 0. 9998 ）for Saponin A and the average method recovery was 101.88% with RSD = 1.29%. Conclusion This method was simple, rapid, accurate reliable and suitable for the quality control of Duanxueliu Disperserpiece.
