2004-2006年陕西省流行性脑脊水膜炎流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的为陕西省流脑预防控制提供科学依据。方法对陕西省2004-2006年流脑疫情,3年流脑病原菌群监测、健康人群流脑带菌率和抗体水平调节等资料进行综合流行病学分析。结果陕西省2004-2006年平均发病率为0.1391/10万;3年中2004年流脑发病率最高0.216/10万;后逐年下降。2006年、2005年比2004年下降了38.82%、17.11%;2060年比2005年下降了21.71%,疫情呈现散发状态,偶有积聚性。流脑发病地区、季节、职业和年龄分布：西安（25.02%）、榆林（22.37%）、商洛（11.84%）;1～6月份（82.24%）;学生儿童及农民（78.63%）;0～20岁组（69.75%）。收集到15份患者血样中,7份培养出流脑病菌。包括5株A群和2株B群。健康人群流脑带菌检测：有A群3株、B群5株、1468型1株。总带菌率2.83%。健康人群流脑抗体免疫水平：A群抗体阳性率,最低0岁组15.56%,最高0～岁组,为95.24%病菌平均为71.94%。结论我省流脑发病率较低,病死率较高,且有B群,1468型流行,因此在作好A群流脑多糖疫苗注射的同时,应加强其他菌群流脑防治工作,积极推行A＋C群流脑多糖疫苗,提高接种率,以增强人群对A群和C群流脑的免疫力。Objective Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis prevention control to provide science basis for Shanxi provinc.
