摘　　要：目的探讨自行设计胸外悬吊固定术治疗新生儿漏斗胸的手术方法及早期矫形效果。方法于2005年3月至2007年5月,对3例患漏斗胸的新生儿在心脏外科技术辅助下行胸外悬吊固定手术,并设计出个性化的弓型固定棒实施矫形。3例均为男性;年龄7、19、28d。结果3例均顺利完成手术,无术中并发症。手术时间20～30min,术中平均出血量〈5ml,术中、术后无并发症发生。术后平均住院6d。10d后畸形矫正、去除固定,外观满意。结论自行设计胸外悬吊固定术治疗新生儿漏斗胸安全可行,能在短期内取得良好的矫形效果。Objective To investigatet the early results of extrathoracic fixation for pectus excavatum in neonate. Methods The neonates with pectus excavatum were treated by the self-designed operation of extrathoracic fixation from March 2005 to April 2007. The age from 7 , 19, 28 days, Ranged 18 days. The preocedure was performed assistance of cardiac preocedure technique. Using individual designed shaped support for these patients. Results All cases had successful operation. The average blood loss less than 5 ml. The average time for operation was 20-30 minutes. There was no perioperation complication. The average hospital stay was 6 days. Postoperative Thoracic normomorph. Conclusion Using individual designed shaped support for pectus excavatum in neonate can get satisfactory results.
