医院洁净手术室综合性能检测与管理

摘　　要：目的了解某医院洁净手术室使用2年后的洁净效果,进一步规范管理,保证其洁净效率。方法对该医院洁净手术室常用的手术间进行抽样检测,并将检测结果与2年前相应手术室验收时的检测结果进行比较分析。结果2年前验收检测结果基本符合GB50333-2002《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》(以下简称"规范")要求;而2年后的监测结果显示,12号、7号手术间的≥0.5μm粒子数和≥5μm粒子数均不符合《规范》要求;3号和6号手术间的手术区≥0.5μm粒子数和≥5μm粒子数不符合《规范》要求;3号手术间的最小静压差和6号手术间的相对湿度不符合《规范》要求。结论该医院洁净手术室管理存在缺陷,造成洁净效果不符合标准要求,需要强化管理、定期维修和监测。Objective To realize the clean efficacy of clean operating romms which have been put to use for two years, so as to standardize the administration of operating room further and ensure clean efficiency. Methods Commonly used clean operating-rooms in a hospital were randomly selected for detection, the detection results were compared with acceptance monitoring data of two years ago. Results The acceptance monitoring results of two years ago basically conformed to standard of GB0333-2002 ＂Hospital clean operating units construction standard＂; Monitor results of two years later showed that granule number≥0.5 μm and ≥5 μm in the 12 th and 7th operating rooms and the operating field of the 3rd and 6th operating rooms didn＇t conform to the standard, the smallest static pressure difference in the 3rd operating room and the relative humidity in the 6th operating room didn＇t conform to the standard. Conclusion There are certain defects in clean operating room administration, and the clean efficiency doesn＇t conform to the standard, it is necessary to strengthen the management and carry out regular maintenance and monitor.
