我国国家级经济技术开发区综合指标评价研究

摘　　要：基于现行的《国家级经济技术开发区综合投资环境评价办法》(2005)和商务部国家级经济技术开发区统计数据(2006),把商务部评价我国国家级经济技术开发区的78个指标综合为:综合经济、基础设施、经营成本、人力资源、社会及环境、创新能力、管理体制、发展与效率等8个综合指标,并运用主成分分析和因子分析对8个综合指标进行了评价,进一步基于8个综合指标对我国国家级经济技术开发区进行了聚类分析,聚类结果验证了我们的结论,并为我国国家级经济技术开发区的进一步研究提供了评价方法。Based on the present ＂national economic and technological development zone comprehensive investment environment evaluation methods＂ （ 2005 ） and the ministry of commerce ＂national economic and technological development zone statistical data＂ （2006）, evaluation of the Ministry of Commerce of China＇s national economic and technological development zone in 78 indexes comprehensive for： comprehensive economic, infrastructure, operating costs, human resources, social and environmental, innovation ability, management system, development and efficiency of. This paper evaluates the eight composite indexes by use of principal component analysis and factor analysis, studies further eight composite indexes based on China＇s national economic and technological development zone by cluster analysis. Clustering results verify our conclusions. It provides the evaluation method for further study on national economic and technological development zone in china.
