摘  要:文章对碱性蛋白酶在羊毛针织物的防毡缩整理上的应用进行了研究。通过正交试验得到最佳工艺条件为:双氧水体积分数40 mL/L、温度45℃、时间45 min、pH值8,蛋白酶3%(owf)、温度45℃、时间35 min、pH值8。经此工艺条件处理的羊毛针织物,防毡缩性和悬垂性都有提高。Becanse of special superficial structure of wool fiber, wool knitting fabric is apt to felt. In this thesis, the alkaline protease treatment was studied on felt resistance finishing of wool knitting fabric and the optimal technological process was obtained by orthogonal experiment. The technical parameters were hydroperoxide concentration 40 mL/L, temperature 45 ~C, time 45 min, pH value 8, concentration of protease 3 % (owf), temperature 45 ℃ time 35 min, pH value 8. The improved felt resistance effect and advanced draping property were showed on the wool knitting fabric which was treated in this condition.
