摘　　要：文章对影响开毛机排杂、除杂的工艺部件尘格和尘笼进行技术改造,将原来尘格上截面为圆形的尘棒改为三角形截面,加大尘棒对原料的打击力度,提高尘格的排杂除杂效果。将原尘笼表面6 mm的网孔扩大为12 mm,提高对羊毛中细小尘杂的吸除能力,进一步降低开松羊毛中的尘杂含量。把洗毛联合机上B034-100型喂毛机和B044-100型开毛机与其后的洗毛机分开,单独安装于开毛车间,防止开毛机开松除杂过程中散发出来的粉尘污染洗液和洗净毛,解决了洗净毛含杂过多、毛色不洁白的问题。This essay aims at improving the effect of dust-cleaning of the dust bars by the way of techonical reforming to the related dust-cleaing parts of the fearnaught, and changing the original rounddust-clearning stick of dust bars into an triangle one. The hitting power of the dust-cleanlng stick can be strengthened. By enlarging theholes on the surface of the original dust-cage from 6mm to 12 mm, the dust-absorbing ability to the tiny dust among-wool will be improved, the dust content of wool will be greatly decreased during the opening and cleaning processes. Separate the B034 - 100 feeding machine and the B044 - 100 fearnaught machine of the united washing machine from the washing maching on its back, then set them in the opening workshop to prevent the dust power scattering from opening process from polluting the washed wool.
