摘　　要：纱线准备直接决定着后续加工的顺利与否,同时也对毛衫的质量存在影响。在毛衫生产中,络纱张力和上蜡工艺对纱线准备的影响尤其显著。文章着重分析了毛纱准备过程中的络纱张力和上蜡工艺,并通过实验研究了不同络纱张力下毛纱细度的变化,以及对后续编织工艺中毛衫的线圈长度、密度、单件重等指标的影响;对毛纱上蜡率和毛蜡配比进行了分析与探讨,提出了毛蜡重量会对络纱张力产生影响的观点。The yarn preparation directly affects the produce of the sweater, the winding tension and waxing mostly analysed the winding tension and waxing during following process and the quality of the knitted fabric. During the will have a remarkable effect on fabric quality. In this paper, it the yam preparation, and studied the change of the fineness of yarn with the different winding tensions by experiments. It also studied the effect for the loop length, density of the fabric and weight of the sweater. It discussed the waxing quantity and the ratio of every component of the wax, brought forward the viewpoint that the weight of wax may affect the winding tension.
