摘　　要：对毛纺织企业进行技术整合的因子,即整合步骤和绩效评价2方面进行了详细分析。指出毛纺织企业技术整合的步骤有4步:技术分解,技术要素比较分析,制定技术整合方案,评价技术整合方案,实施技术整合方案。使毛纺织企业能顺利、科学、有步骤地进行技术整合。通过对毛纺织企业技术整合绩效评价的即期绩效评价和远期绩效评价这2个方面进行分析,使进行技术整合的毛纺织企业能科学地预测到技术整合后的效果。The factor of the wool textile enterprise technology integration including technology integration steps and performance evaluation. There are four steps in the wool textile enterprises technology integration： technology decomposition, comparative analysis of the technical elements, developing technical integration programme, evaluation of technology performance performance integration programme, implementation of technology integration programme. Technology integration evaluation in the wool textile enterprises includes evaluation of the performance of immediate and long-term evaluation.
