摘  要:以制革过程中产生的含铬废革屑作为一种廉价的吸附剂,研究了其对水体中磷酸根的吸附特性。结果表明:含铬废革屑对磷酸根具有一定的吸附能力。在最佳吸附pH条件下,当温度为303K,磷酸根的初始浓度为31·0mgP·L-1时,吸附容量为7·74mgP·g-1,并且随着温度的升高,平衡吸附量增大。含铬废革屑对磷酸根的吸附平衡符合Lang-muir方程,吸附动力学可用拟二级速率方程描述。在离子强度小于1·0mmol·L-1的范围内,磷酸根的平衡吸附量几乎不发生变化。含铬废革屑可作为一种廉价的吸附剂用于水体中磷酸根的去除。The chrome - containing leather waste, produced from leather manufacturing was used as a low - cost absorbent, and its adsorption behaviors to phosphate in aqueous solution were investigated. The experimental results indicated that phosphate can be adsorbed by chrome -containing leather waste. At optimal pH, the adsorption capacity is 7.74 mg P · g ^-1 when initial concentration of phosphate is 31.0 mg P · L ^-1 at 303K. The adsorption capacity is increased with the increase of temperature. The adsorption isotherms can be perfectly fitted by the Langmuir equation, and the adsorption kinetics can be well described by the pseudo - second - order rate model. The adsorption capacity is almost unchanged when ion strengths is less than 1.0 mmol · L ^-1. h can be concluded that the chrome - containing leather waste could be used as low - cost adsorbent for the removal of phosphate from waste water.
