摘 要:通过添加马来酸酐十二烷基单酯作为可聚合表面活性剂,改进微乳液聚合法,获得了低黏度的聚合物微乳液,该微乳液可作为颜料型皮革数码喷墨印花粘合剂。通过透射电子显微镜、差示扫描式量热法、黏度测量、粒度分析以及皮革数码喷墨印花试验等手段,研究了功能单体N-甲基丙烯酰胺和马来酸酐十二烷基单酯、单体配比以及固含量对微乳液性能的影响。结果表明:适于喷墨印花的微乳液平均粒径为50nm,单分散性良好,黏度低,并且微乳液成膜后的玻璃化转变温度低于-30℃。将优化的微乳液粘合剂与商品颜料浆配制成喷墨印花墨水,其喷印性能稳定,形成的皮革花纹精细、清晰。A polymer microemulsion with low viscosity was synthesized with a modified microemulsion polymerization and MDM (monododecyl maleate) as the copolymerizable surfactant. The above polymer microemulsion could be used as a binder suitable for pigment - based ink -jet printing on leather. The influence of NMA ( N - methylolacrylamide), MDM, the weight ratios of monomers, and the solid contents on the microemulsion properties were investigated by TEM (transmission electron microscope), DSC (differential scanning calorimetry), viscosimetry, particle size analyzing, as well as the leather ink -jet printing. It shows that microemulsion has good dispersit.y and low viscosity and the average particle diameter is 50 nm. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the film formed from the microemulsion could be lower than -30℃. The application of the pigment -based inks formulated with the as - considered optimum microemulsion as a binder and commercial pigment dispersions in leather ink - jet printing demonstrates excellent printability of the inks and fine pattern on the printed leather.
