摘 要:对应用普遍的加热用热板的设计算法进行了研究,分析了热板的加热特性与加热工艺,提出了热源电热管的热惯性概念,并应用热功率特性曲线来描述;根据热源的热功率特性,借助有限元方法对热板温度场进行分析,给出了热板功率分布设计的算法。结果表明该算法可以有效解决热板均匀性的特殊要求。This paper studies the design calculation for widely used electrical heat plate. The main index for estimating design of electrical heat plate is its surface temperature uniformity, i. e. , surface temperature difference should not be greater than set value. The paper analyzes heating character and heating process, puts forward the concept of heating inertia for heat source-electrical heater, and describes this heating inertia by use of thermal character curve of heating power. According to the heating character of electrical plate and power character of heat source, and using FEA analyses thermal temperature field of electrical plate, the paper gives out calculation method for power distribution of electrical heat plate. And the results show that the calculation method could meet the special requirement of temperature difference uniformity for electrical heat olate effectively.
