摘 要:针对选区激光烧结(SLS)成型件经常出现的密度不足问题,结合试验,分析了试件摆放位置对烧结密度的影响。结果表明,烧结密度在成型缸内部区域较良好,而在靠近缸壁的区域,由内到外呈明显减小趋势。根据试验数据,应用多元非线性回归方法建立了密度与摆放位置关系的数学模型,并讨论了改善烧结密度的措施。For the problem of inferior density of SLS (selective laser sintering) part, the paper analyzes influence of locating place on sintered density of SLS part based on experimental results. The results show that the sintered density is nicer in the middle region of part cylinder. However, as approaching the edge region, it is getting smaller significantly. Maths model is built up to show the relationship of density with locating place using multiple nonlinear regression analysis of experimental results. The measures for improving the sintered density are discussed.
