摘　　要：分析利用Pro/E软件及其注塑模设计专家(EMX)系统进行手机外壳注塑模具设计的过程,并运用数控编程模块Pro/NC对模具型腔进行了加工刀路设计,模拟其加工过程。指出采用Pro/E软件来实现模具三维设计和数控加工,可以大大地缩短模具设计和加工周期,降低模具设计和加工的成本。The process of injection mold designing of mobile phone shell with Pro/ E software and expert moldbase extension is introduced. Furthermore, cavity of the mold in processing feed route based on Pro/NC is designed, and its manufacture process is simulated. It is pointed out that adopting Pro/E software to design 3D modules and NC manufacture , can greatly shorten the period of mould design and manufacture, and lower the mould design and manufacture cost.
